Use a classic personal access token instead

Signing in with the app is recommended. A token is only useful when an organization has not approved the app yet, and it acts with your full permissions.

Runner images: Which images your jobs run on, how often, and where.
Action dependencies: Every action you depend on and the repositories that use it.
Reference pinning: Full SHA, version tag, major tag or branch: see what is pinned and what floats.
Triggers and failures: Trigger events in use and the steps that keep failing recent runs.
